Custom Coaching w/ Lisa

Lisa Espinoza is a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Her training was completed through the National Academy of Sports-Medicine. She also is PN1 Sports and Exercise Nutritionist through Precision Nutrition. Lisa has an extensive history in the medical field as well prior to coaching health and fitness as a surgical technician and medical assistant. Lisa began coaching in 2015 after becoming involved in the bodybuilding world. She has always been passionate about health and nutrition. Lisa has competed in the bikini division for the NPC and has gone on to coach many competitors. 

Lisa enjoys working with women to teach them ways to have healthy relationships with food and exercise to be sustainable for life. She hopes to teach women they do not need to be afraid of eating or lifting weights. As a busy mother herself, she understands the pressure, time constraints, and the needs busy moms have to take care of themselves and their health. Lisa specializes in helping women get incredible body composition changes they desire!

EXPECTATIONS OF THE ATHLETE

  • I expect my clients to always stay consistent. Perfection is never necessary to see results, but consistency is.
  • I expect my clients to follow the advice and tools given to them. Each program is designed using my training and knowledge and built for each specific individual needs. 
  • I expect communication from my clients. The more we communicate, the better your results will be.
  • I expect my clients to trust the process. It is almost never linear. But, if you trust the process and stay committed to it, I can promise results. 
  • I expect my clients to put forth the effort. If you hire me, I want you to use the program. I can give you all the tools, all the information but it is up to each person to put in the effort for the results.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE COACH

  • Coach Lisa will always respond to messages within 24 hours (except on weekends)
  • Coach Lisa will always provide you with explanations and answers to questions.
  • Coach Lisa will always listen to your questions and concerns.
  • Coach Lisa will always provide you with honest feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Coach Lisa will always provide you with a well-structured nutrition and exercise program. 

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM COACHING WITH LISA

  • Personalized macros- learning how to track and count macros will set you up for success in the long term. 
  • Workout programs- Personalized workout programs that will be changed every 4-6 weeks. Each exercise includes a video demonstrating proper form. 
  • Bi-weekly check-ins- Getting your feedback is incredibly important to see results. You will receive bi-weekly check-ins from me via video. I’ll go over all your feedback, and a plan to keep moving forward. 
  • An app- the easiest way to have everything you need in one place. You’ll be given access to my personalized app which will have your workouts, communication, a place to store all progress, and your macro goals in it. 
  • Unlimited adjustments and communication- there’s never a limit on how much we talk or how many changes can be made to suit your needs and to get the most progress.
